1. How long does shipping take?

Our standard delivery time is 7–14 business days after a 1–3 business day processing time. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We occasionally run free shipping promotions within the United States. Be sure to check our homepage banners or subscribe to our newsletter for current offers.

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your pillow, please email us at support@vendria.shop within 30 days of delivery to start your return.

4. How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.

5. Are payments secure?

Yes. Your security is our priority. All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology and securely processed via PayPal. Vendria does not store any credit card or banking details.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). We plan to expand shipping options in the future.

7. How do I care for my Vendria pillow?

Covers: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, air dry or tumble dry low.
Memory Foam Core: Do not machine wash. Spot clean with mild soap and a damp cloth, then air dry.
Freshness Tip: Sprinkle baking soda over the foam occasionally, let sit, and vacuum gently.

8. Are Vendria pillows safe and high quality?

Yes. All Vendria pillows are made with certified, non-toxic materials (OEKO-TEX, CertiPUR-US, ISPA) and are designed for comfort, durability, and long-term support.
