Return Policy Overview
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, our 30-day return policy makes it simple to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Return Timeframe
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned
- Vendria reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements
Please note: Used bedding items or items with stains, odors, or damage will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Shipping & Handling
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery:
- Email clear photos of the item and packaging
- Provide a description of the issue for faster resolution
Depending on availability and your preference, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different color, size, or product, we recommend:
- Returning the original item for a refund
- Placing a new order for the desired item separately
